I really like almost all the dharma talks on the Against the Stream website. There are nearly 450 of them, you can search by topic or teacher. The Theravdan nun I do some study with has a couple talks on there as well.

The one I keep listening to over and over is on sila (ethical action) but the really important message for me is that we can be totally accountable for our actions and still not hate ourselves. Wow, I have some things that I need to take care of at work that I did not do well last week. I can see I did the best I could, too many things in too short a time. It is also important that I do these things well for the others involved. But when I start hating myself for them then it gets very bogged down.

So my goal today is to get these things taken care of and not hate myself or 'reward' myself with lots of junk food for taking care of them.
