Whew, I have been needing a self care break, like I advocate for others. I realize that sometimes chatting here and on FB does not meed that need for connection. I start a class on Thursdays with a meditation teacher and am just going to push for real-life interactions more. But I am taking a week off of everything except email. No worries, all good
