Starting this on Monday with a couple friends --- woo hoo!

Anyone else done 90 days?

No, but I have an old college friend who had the funniest "Dear P90X" posts on facebook when he gave it a try. I think doing it in a group setting may be a little more encouraging than trying to stay motivated to do it on your own daily - it is tough from what I gather from his posts.

No, but I did do a couple of months while incorporating it into my regular workouts. I gotta full time job, husband, and 5 yo. I can't make that kind of commitment.

If anybody wants more info or personal reviews about P90X, check out www.cathe.com (http://www.cathe.com) and do a search. It's a fitness website with some excellent forums. I've never tried P90X though.

I have a love/hate relationship with Legs/Back. I'm a girl, so I can't do pullups (but I use the chair). And man, are my legs sore for a day afterwards.

Oh I have to use a chair a lot of the time still too. :D :D

Woo hoo! You go, Madsen!

My DH is going on week four of this now. He has seen amazing results so far, but it is a big commitment. Some days the workout takes him an hour and a half! He hates the legs and back day and all of the yoga!

I have done Power 90 in the past (which is like the much, much easier workout designed to prepare you for P90X). I guess Tony Horton has some 10 minute videos, too. I might try those after the baby is born. I want to get back into shape, but with a new baby, you can't really out in an hour or two a day at the gym!
