Anyone on this forum use one? I'm looking at buying one, because a normal seat makes me numb and my back starts hurting when doing rides over 50 miles.

I'd love to hear some feedback, girls and guys (I'm a girl). Thanks.

They have been very popular here when ladies used to wear skirts, even for biking.
Give it a try.

Now that I finally have my money back, I'm going to order the one I've been looking at. I'll post a review on here once I get it. :D

I hear that they are actually healthier for you(Especially males) but if you are serious about riding eventually you will want a nose on your seat for stability.

I don't do any racing. I'm just too slow! I learned that when I did track in HS - I can go distance like nobody's business, but I'm not fast. I've done some centurys in charity rides, but I found the regular seat gets really uncomfortable - which is another reason I'm excited for this new seat.

I haven't gotten it yet. I'm still planning on posting a review once it comes in the mail and try it out.

The ISM Touring looks nice.

I have one because I have a bladder problem (interstitial cystitis) that makes riding a regular seat next to impossible. I only ride for recreation, and I go pretty slowly; I haven't had problems with stability. It is soooo much more comfortable! (Though I must say I had a heck of time getting the thing on my bike.)

I have to admit that I have not yet tried the no-nose bike seat despite logging a good many miles. I have managed with a traditional seat when riding my current touring model. It does seem like a good idea to have an open mind about it but adding padding the the saddle or simply lifting off the saddle once in awhile while riding has worked for me.
Another thing is to trade up as far as biking shorts to get more padding. I rthink there is more than one way to relive soreness or numbness.

Here's a site that might have something you can use. I need to get a different one too. The one on my exercise bike irritates my sciatic nerve too much.
Seems sort of weird that the "nose" was ever incorporated into the seat.
