I would like an easy flat bread recipe. Does anyone know of any?

What type of flat bread do you want to make? Something like pita or foccacia, both of which are leavened, or something like crackers or lavosh?

For the leavened flat breads, you can use regular bread dough and modify the way you prep it.

I want to make my own wraps. Every time I have tried to make wraps they end up tasting a bit stale. Any ideas?

You might want to make flour tortillas for that.

It's been years since I made them. If I'm remembering correctly, they are basically white flour, lard/crisco, leavening (?), and water, mixed and rolled out, and cooked on a hot griddle on the stove till speckled.

There are recipes on the internet, and probably videos on YouTube. :)
