We live in an area dubbed a Powerful Neighborhood, which means, I do believe, a low to moderate income neighborhood. Thusly, we are eligible for the City utility to swoop in & trade out all our light bulbs for CF's. This morning, two earnest young men did just that-they removed all the incandescents and burned out CF's, and installed 31 new CF's! Woo hoo. Extra bonus: as they removed the light fixture covers, I brought them all downstairs to wash. All kinds of awesome.
