I've been engaging in some mild consumerism for the holidays and came across the Decade Themed Candy box in link below.

I know we've had some threads on the greatness of decades past recently, so I thought you'd get a kick out of looking at them....

I love it! So adorable. And great price. Not sure if they ship-cheaply-to Canada. Also, I took a peek at the 1970s candy-when I was a kid and I barely recognize any of them-ha ha it's amazing how different our candy is!

What I miss the most and occasionally find for an exorbitant price is those chicklet packages that had the teeny tiny fruit flavoured Chicklets...mmmm...and Black Cat gum..

The Vermont Country Store carries lots of old-fashioned candies: http://tinyurl.com/Nostalgic-Candies

Cool! I forgot about Charms. And who knew Candy Buttons were from the 40s? Hated eating the bits of paper stuck on those.

BTW, The Vermont Country Store link has those Garibaldi biscuits discussed on the Food forum.
