I posted about a pre-holiday six-day "detox" I'm doing in the *October* Health and Fitness Support thread - yes, I guess I'm a little out of it - two months out of it, to be exact.

In any case, day 2 of my "detox" was yesterday and went okay. I didn't have sweets or alcohol, but didn't get to yoga and probably didn't eat enough vegetables or drink enough water. But I'm not beating myself up about it. Just setting the challenge has helped me take better care of myself.

Today is a very full day - I will leave the house at 6:30 a.m. and not get home until 5, so might not get to the yoga again. But I'll try to avoid sugar and drink a lot of water.

Anybody else have health and fitness goals they're working on (short or long-term)?
