My local sustainability group showed this film last night to a packed house locally. Not a particularly well-done film -- I didn't think --- but the audience reaction and the conversation it started (good, bad, indifferent) made it well worth the time. There's a quote from the film on the home page of this site that I really resonated with: http://www.bidder70film.com/
I have issues with people that picket and shout "No More Coal" as though it's as simple as that (well, then, you'd better turn off the power to your house) But it's nonetheless encouraging to see the way young people are starting to involve themselves in different ways in this mess we're in.
Pulling the trigger on installing our PV system is somehow a much easier decision today.
