I had a really great weekend with the retreat group. A lot of wonderful women together learning how to facilitate meditation groups with our resident nun who put this together. We will have conference calls and readings and personal calls with our nun (sorry don't want to name her for my own privacy) and then a final weekend in a few months. Whew. This was super great and challenging and humbling to be around such practiced and intelligent ladies and encouraging.
We are talking about facilitating for meditation groups however we are also talking very much about leadership and facilitating in general and how that may specifically relate to being women. I think it will have many impacts,
