    Hi Cathy, hereís an update on my low histamine diet.

    1. Yogurt okay as long as it has the right bacteria. Trader Joeís plain whole milk European style yogurt goes down well.

    2. Cheese okay -huge sigh of relief!

    3. Yeast bread - no. Bloating and pain.

    4. Tomatoes - no. Bloating and pain after one cherry tomato. Very unhappy about this. Iíll test it again to be sure!

    5. Bacon okay. Thatís weird, but Iím not arguing. We buy TJís unsmoked ends and pieces. Maybe itís the lack of smoke essence that makes it okay?

    Onward and upward! Iíve been feeling really good on this food plan. I feel light on my feet, I have real energy, my eczema subsided. Plus much less cellulite. Itís not weight loss as Iíve only lost one pound.
