I did 6 songs around the park. No measuring distance or accurate time, just 6 songs. I was totally excited that my body did it!! But doing better being intuitive about it than structured and type A.
I also ate healthy this weekend. Even if I eat crap tomorrow today is a good day. :treadmill:

I would ballpark that at 18 minutes, or right around the 20 minutes of cardio a person should do. Good for you!
