Decent morning as I've called about a medical appointment (waiting for return call), did the bills and finished up a baby outfit. Hoping to squeeze a walk in before work.

Broken dehydrator and broken tool box both out in the garbage.
That's a lot accomplished, ToomuchStuff - congrats!
The tools (and hence, the 1st closet) have been culled, put back into a new tool box, and put away. Now to start on the 2nd smaller closet. LOL
So, having just celebrated my birthday, my countdown is under a year! Haven't picked a specific "last day", but I'm counting at about 361 days to go! LOL.
I think today will be homemade pizza. I have enough to make two for tonight and put two in the freezer for another night.
Thanks everyone!
Thanks, catherine. The day also marked my official 1-year countdown to retirement! As of today, 364 days to go!
So sorry for your loss, catherine. Prayers and condolences to all.
Another year and another Pi Day.
Happy Pi Day, everyone.
DH got me my apple birthday pie. :)
Just did a grocery store run for the week and kept it at $75. I'm very happy!

Blue is my favorite color. That is a very nice shade of blue!
Very nice!!
I'm another that lost a long-time job when COVID hit. Like Tradd, that extra $600 a month unemployment made a huge difference and really, really helped. Know several people who died from COVID. I'm...
Nice shopping! If I can ask, how long will that last you? A week? Two? Just curious. I tend to shop every week, but what I actually buy may vary.
I don't understand the brand/store preferences...
Not too much to say about this except that reality can really suck sometimes!
So sorry, SiouzQ. I hope it gets taken care of in a reasonable manner!
I can totally understand this (as well as the angst about the silver chain!). I have been there and will admit to there being a residual fear of a "return to the struggle". In my lifetime so far, I...
Love the picture!
Have been finishing up the first big closet. As previously stated, got rid of about 5 jackets/coats and several tools - most broken. Am going through the two toolboxes (yes, I...
I agree about Fridays, Klunick, but during the day hours before work. I always try to get my grocery shopping done Wed or Thur so that I don't have to run out on Friday.
That is so sad. Condolences to his friends and any loving family he may have elsewhere.
If memory serves, one of my first concerts was one of their last. Went with a couple older sisters so it was a very magical event all around.
I think you are right! First half gathering and second half purging. And I also agree that simplicity is freeing, but getting there has been, and still sometimes is, a rocky path.
When kids came along and we ended up as a one-income family of five, I thought of ourselves as Upper Lower Class - financially. Now that the kids are independent, dh and I are both working with half...
Pulled a package of turkey sausage out of the freezer. Hoping to get two meals out of it - sausage and noodles, sausage and cabbage. One for tonight and the other for towards the end of the week.
