    Aquafaba

    Aquafaba is the liquid from cooking chickpeas. It can be used as an egg replacement. Amazingly it will even whip into a meringue.

    I made some. I didn't like it as marshmallow fluff, but when I added raspberries and froze it, it was kinda cool.
