    hmmm, I missed the ukulele in your posts

    I thought the woman was good as well, less extreme. You can see by the picture she is nicely dressed with hair colored and make up on, big statement necklace that are in fashion with young women. She makes it sound do-able.

    Nice! I like anything that shows the "regular" way of life isn't the only one.
    This is also why I want to move again - minimalism groups and better transportation options to get to them.

    One thing I find curious about current minimalists mentioned is that they are primarily in the same age range, ie young. I wonder why? Twenty years ago when I first got interested in simple living, there was a much larger age range attending our meetings. 20s to 70s. Now, I can't find local adherents of any age. Around here these days, just the opposite lifestyle is the way.
