    GREAT yoga site

SequenceWiz is my new favorite web site. It is created by a yoga teacher and has a ton of different yoga sequences, all with different purposes. The teacher has a great voice and explains everything really well.

You can go to the Body Map and click on the area you need help with. If you feel stiff or achy in some area, you will learn some fantastic stretches. There are also sequences for energy, mind, balance, and breath.

With each video she includes a graphic display of the sequence, so you can print it out and not always need a device to practice a sequence.

It's really designed for yoga teachers, but the practices are appropriate for all levels, including beginners. It is a beautifully designed site with a top-notch teacher.

Thanks Gardenarian, I have some Lilias tapes and haven't used them for awhile. This might get me started again. Adding a new activity perhaps.
