    Bike repair class

I signed up for another bike repair class at the local co-op.

The first time I took the class I could not seem to retain any info -- almost nothing, really.

But last night was the first of four sessions. And I believe I was able to retain some info on changing tires, patching tubes, replacing tubes, and getting my dang wheels off and back on.

This is challenging stuff for me, the liberal arts guy! Mechanical aptitude is hard!

They have two instructors and one shop-assistant. You get lots of one-on-one instruction because there are only 8 students.

That is something I'd like to do....someday.
My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!
