As many of you know, I have twin towns that I'm in love with--Burlington VT and Ocean Grove NJ.
Well, look at this Ocean Grove beauty! I lived right near by when I rented a house for 6 weeks a few years back, and the area is great--but then again, Ocean Grove is God's Happy Square Mile, so there aren't any parts that aren't great.

The house is adorable, but after the footprint of the house is removed, you have less than 200 sq ft of yard. I'd feel like I was in an apartment.

Well you sure get more for your money in Burlington, although I lived in Middletown as a kid so I appreciate the Jersey seashore.
