    Was it a computer? I would spray paint it white, but then I spray paint everything white. Or black, given your desk top.

    Yeah, my old computer. I got a new one about a year ago and never got rid of it since they only do e waste pickups on certain days. If I were more clever I would've noted where all the internal cables plugged in and created a deconstructed, but functional, computer as wall art to go on the wall above it.

    Industrial stuff is chic right now. Nice job! Makes my victorian burl walnut furniture feel ancient.

    I see you have Hillbilly Elegy from SFPL. Good for you! I bought my digital copy, didnt want to wait through a library wait list.

    I'm reading Hillbilly Elegy right now--digital edition from the library. It's one of the few I've read lately that held my attention.
