I watched a new episode today and Chris Kimball wasn't on it! He left the series and now the lady chefs are in charge.

They made a delicious vegetable stew that had quinoa but I haven't been able to find it plain in my stores here (only in mixes with salt and msg).

Christopher Kimball has a new series called Milk Street. There's a magazine too, as well as radio and TV (I think). I haven't looked for the TV show, but I do listen to the npr show.
