    Gmail question, please

    Recently, Google asked me if I had accessed my Gmail account from a different place. I don't think I had, so I changed my password, per their suggestion.
    Well now, every time I go to log in, I have to remove my old password and type in my new one. There is no place to click on "keep me signed in", or whatever.
    How can I get those dots with old password out of there permanently? I've looked through all the security/privacy things and can't find how to do that. Thanks.

    Computer. I don't have that problem on my iphone.

    Firefox. Let me go try it on Internet Explorer......

    Hmmm....it doesn't happen on IE.
    I do prefer Firefox. Maybe I just need to reboot? I forgot about that little trick.

    At some point you've probably instructed Firefox not to remember new passwords, causing old passwords to remain in memory. You can clear out the old password by following the instructions at this link:
