full day training/no patch
OMG I made it today! Day 20! I have the lowest patches and have been putting them on about 10 am, and taking them off at 8 pm so the time is shorter. I brought one with me but I never did put it on. I actually feel really great. I was expecting a bit of a harder time with some cravings. The training was super engaging, my mood is generally improved around the depression symptoms. I have been overall eating healthier, the training includes healthy breakfast and lunch. I am still feeling some heaviness between my shoulder blades which could be lungs or muscles, but that is where bronchitis shows up. I am still taking lots of vitamin C and checking my breathing. This morning I had my highest peak flow yet! Over 350.
So the plan is to have a patch with me just in case but to try to do tomorrow and Friday without it. Then the weekend is harder so I may use it on Saturday and Sunday. Lots of vitamin C, check my peak flows, keep meditating and take a walk.
