Today's food porn from Alan's Kitchen
Potato Bacon Tart: 2 lbs bacon, 5 sliced Yukon Gold Potatoes, One sliced white onion, 16 oz. cheddar cheese, salt, pepper. Baked @ 350* for 2.5 hours.
Next time, I think I'll add bell peppers and mushrooms.

I keep bacon in the house at all times. That looks delightful--I can almost smell it from here!
You are awesome
Yum - there goes my diet - though I stick to turkey bacon.

I can say this: What Alan made looks every bit as tempting! I don't think I could resist.
Bacon and popcorn are two things I can't stand. Grew up with a mom that liked them BURNT and now can't stand the smell.
How many would that amount of food serve? Is it an appetizer with little pieces or a meal? It does look wonderful and I love baked bacon which is so much nicer than fried bacon.
