I didn't think Cathy was all that harsh. Regardless of topic, if you post more than a dozen items on the same topic, and no one responds (or maybe one or two do to be polite) maybe this isn't the audience for that topic. I've brought up several topics over the years that didn't get much traction, and I just moved on to something else. Also, if you're often complaining, and people offer helpful advice and ask further questions to better target their advice which you don't respond to, don't be surprised if over time people stop responding to you. If you want to vent, just say so, and others will commiserate.

Sometimes the bullies are also the moderators. Go figure!

    I also saw this!

I am sure surgery played a large role in this process.

Not that I've watched the show much.

Just not my cup of tea.

    Are they still on?

They all left several years ago. Surprisingly, as it turns out the fewer moderators we have, the fewer we need. Weird huh?

Sure we have some spirited conversation but I don't see any of it as bullying. Also when you debate topics online I think you can not be too thin skinned.

What we may have been observing with 19Sandy is what I call "Meta-bullying."

This is when a person falsely accuses someone of bullying in an effort to bully that person.

Meta-bully: "I want to be healthier."

(Soon-to-be-accused) Bully: "Hey, if you want to be healthier, have you considered working out regularly? Perhaps power walking or cycling would be good options."

Meta-bully: "You told me I should consider working out to be healthier! Stop telling me how to live my life! You are a bully! Stop bullying me!"

I don't know about you guys, but this country is getting too confusing and overly-complicated to me!
