What can an organization do to implement energy management actions and consistently achieve energy performance improvements? We want to incorporate energy considerations and energy management into our daily operations. What do you suggest we do?

Have you considered an energy audit? Our public service does this for a hundred dollars or so and I think a lot of towns and cities have access to a similar program.
What activity are you trying to coordinate? You tend to post something that is not connected to this site, after posting in a couple threads, same as a couple other posters (of which Alan said they were all coming from one country).
I still think messengerhot sounds like messengerbot and this is spam. 😄
There are several posters who seem to share IP addresses in the Philippines. Their questions about odd things are technically not spam and they do often make simple comments on other subjects. I'm not sure what to make of it.

That is why my thought is either it is this message board being used to coordinate something (and use something like a Google search with preset alerts), or they are trying to develop a program that takes things and make them sound like they are from a person (which could later be used for spamming purposes, or other purposes).
They have yet to reply on the Linux subject.
I find it comical. The internet is a crazy place.
The part I find fascinating is that we've now had several conversations questioning motives in the very threads they have started but they don't seem to take notice of these side conversations. Since we have several users from these Philippine IP address(es) maybe someone needs to start a thread about lumpia in the food section and see what happens.
Messengerhot, are you here trying to practice your English?
