How to remove tracking of databases on my computer?

See above. When you clean out the cache of cookies they are listed there as databases and cannot be deleted.

I think some of us are having problems understanding exactly what it is you're trying to delete, at least I am. I'm thinking these are probably temporary files similar to cookies which are used to correctly re-connect to remote databases.

Based on the assumption that these files are collected and stored by your browser, it might be helpful to know which browser and operating system you're using. If your browsers automated cache clearing utility doesn't do the job, it will probably require a manual cleaning which will vary based upon the system in use.

There are multiple versions of the Mac operating system. The most current is version 10.12.
Same with Safari, I believe the most current version is 10.1.
Procedures may vary depending on version.

Already tried googling. DH called Apple and he didn't understand so guess I will call them too.

I don't use Safari, but I did this search:

Some of those are for mobile devices.

Does Safari have a private browsing mode? Maybe that would keep the databases out?

You could also use a VPN so at least the sites couldn't ID your computer.
