Wikki and he was born in Iowa and lived there through young adulthood. He went to Exeter and later Harvard. Ok, I take it back.

Colbert already had one Presidential campaign and even discussed having Putin as "vice president". So someone probably watched that series of shows and thought, I could do that, and here we are.

That's a nasty swipe at clowns - clowns train to do what they do, what they do is intentional and meant to entertain. And the best ones are talented. That doesn't describe Trump at all, he doesn't deserve the title of clown anymore than he deserves the title of President.

Given a choice between the two, though, I'd definitely say the comedian is infinitely more qualified.

A lot of people are terrified of clowns, so there's that.

And yet, there he is President! And what explains this? Is half the country clowning around? I clown't explain it? Or maybe when choosing between a clown and a joker.....we choose the one who tastes funny.

Add me to that number. Luckily I am not an American, so have no horse in this race!

Maybe in the not so distant future we will have artificial intelligence as president. Could be an improvement.
