My former supervisor totally did a great thing. One of my parents went into the main officeto pay her bill, and then gave a big compliment about the work that me and my long term staff are doing, by name. So K emailed me and included people up 3 levels of the chain of command. I got a response from the head of our department.
Okay, went home early cuz feeling sick, this is a great thing.
