Good for you for reporting the incident you witnessed. I am usually a ‘mind-my-own-business’ type of person but if I were to see someone being demeaned or ridiculed, especially a patron by store employees, I would report it as well. The employees need to be reprimanded and counseled. They may even take heed, learn and change for their betterment. Hopefully, if the person visits the store again, the employees will be humble enough to apologize for their previously hateful behavior.
