I lost one pound in October.
i did yoga three mornings this week and swam 2000m the other two days.

Now I also am on board with being more mindful about diet and exercise.
I have set a goal to reduce my weight by 8.6% to where it was last October.
As a step in that direction, I aim to change what prompts me to eat. Rather than social cues, I intend to be guided by my own hunger. If I am truly hungry, then eat a reasonable portion. But if I am not (or no longer) hungry, then do not eat... refuse offers of food … just have some water.
