Some people use that freshly grated black pepper on cottage cheese. Every try that?

Yes, that is really good too, but the goat's milk yogurt has an extra yumminess to it, a lot like chevre.

Kinda like a Lassie drink. I make that with yogurt and black salt/mint for a salty Lassie.

I tried adding pecans instead of walnuts to my kefir/berries/banana bowls. They are really good too! I wonder what other nuts or seeds could work too...

Anyone try hazelnuts in their kefir and fruit bowls?

What do you mean. I LOVE Kefir Sutherland!

While I eat a lot of purportedly healthy food, I've never had kefir. Based on the reviews here, I may or may not try it.

    What IS kefir, exactly?

It's a fermented milk--similar to yogurt. I like it in lassis; I usually get as full-fat as I can find in an unflavored variety, and add my own flavors and cream. I try to find it on sale, but you can make your own. There's water kefir also.
