    Kefir?

Anybody else just love them some kefir?!

I mix in some grape nuts, some walnuts, some raw/unfiltered honey, and some fruit (berries or bananas). And let me tell ya! It is damned good.

Love it. Unfortunately, I have a dairy allergy and need to avoid it. It doesn't seem to bother me and neither does greek yogurt, but I am careful.

Favorite flavor? I drink it straight but the only flavor I like is banana strawberry. The others are just too tart for me.

I get the unsweetened, plain kind. When I drink it I drink it like that, or with a little honey (prebiotic). But my favorite way is to dress it up as I described above with nuts, fruit, cereal, and honey.

My DH likes the mango, but he prefers Mango Lassi when he can get it.

Kefir is a daily indulgence here. I love it on berries drizzled with maple syrup. Or on pretty much any dry cereal. I make my own using full fat milk or table cream. Yum!

My only yogurt thing that I like is goat's milk yogurt with freshly grated black pepper (and lots of it!). I have yet to hear someone say that it sounds good, but I guess that means I can have it all for myself!

I might just try that with kefir. Sounds interesting.
