    Chuckle for the snowbound

After the snow and temps of the past month, you might be in need of a laugh. I have snow blown 4 times and the temps have been so cold. Love my warm house and very grateful that a neighbour corrected a problem with my snowblower which had been properly serviced but still had problems arising.
Still i will take the snow and cold over the 45-50C temps in Australia

    A chuckle

I grew up in snowy denver, and after a 4 year college detour in Miami (awesome! The most important thing I learned is that water skiing is even more fun than snow skiing...) spent another 18 years in moderately snowy NYC. Now the only time I see snow and frozen temps is on vacation for specific periods of time. Like Christmas eve this year in St Louis (visiting my in-laws) where a couple inches of snow made it seem appropriately festive. Then on christmas day we came home and I went back to sitting out on our deck reading books during my free time. A couple of days of snow and below freezing temps every winter is just about the right amount. Life is good!
