    feeling a bit better

Maybe it is increasing some medication, (anxiety meds really are helpful, I take a tiny dose before all of my meetings with supervisor so I can stop saying stupid things), maybe it is that he appears to be going to some type of training in improving, or it may be that the sups are actually interested in talking to me about how I function. I am finding this improvement plan interesting, my sup is copied in on literally every email I send. My co-workers have to do this also or pretty close to it. So he appears to have a greater appreciation or understanding of what I do. I think Tradd had a similar experience.

In any case I have shared when I am at the end of my rope and I wanted to share this as well so you all know that I am not always hating my job and life in general! I actually really like my summer program (hours are 8-4 instead of 6 - 6, whew).

Good that you can see how much better you are feeling about things now.

Wait - there is a drug to help keep people from saying stupid things? Send a huge case to the White House ASAP!
Seriously, glad you are feeling better, and those summer hours sound much saner. Time for a little well-deserved work/life balance.

    .
You have to WANT to stop saying stupid things, unfortunately I was kinda proud of some of the things I said. Didn't help, but counselor helped me see I was more hurting myself. The inner punk kid really struggled with that.

Today I experimented with "tea" made with thinly sliced ginger root, powdered turmeric, and honey. But if I had wanted to avoid the sugar, I could have used lemon instead of honey. The tea seems to have lifted my mood (so nothing bothers me). But it did not stop me from saying stupid things once in a while.

For instance, Who said "Question Everything?"

And What is another word for Thesaurus?

That sounds interesting Dado. I like all those flavors, and I like lemon more than I like honey. And they are good put together?

    rosarugosa,

I bought a lemon today, but I did not experiment with it. (And I am a first-timer for turmeric-ginger tea... )
