    Cold cucumber and cherry tomatoes as appetizer when I came home from my workout. So refreshing! Then grilled chicken with sauteed yellow squash. Can you tell it's garden season?

    Burnt pepper omelet, and the smoke detector did not go off, so I have to bump replacing that to the top of my to do list.

    Sauted mushrooms, roasted broccoli, grilled salmon/cod for dinner.

    lunch? pita chips and hummus.

    Breakfast: mushroom/spinach/feta omelette.

    Spinach Salad with: pulled pork, corn, tomato, cheddar cheese and some salsa ranch yogurt dressing. YUM!
