Burnt pepper omelet, and the smoke detector did not go off, so I have to bump replacing that to the top of my to do list.
Sauted mushrooms, roasted broccoli, grilled salmon/cod for dinner.
lunch? pita chips and hummus.
Breakfast: mushroom/spinach/feta omelette.

Right now, I'm cooking pork crackling and grilled chicken.
Spinach Salad with: pulled pork, corn, tomato, cheddar cheese and some salsa ranch yogurt dressing. YUM!
