I went to target today because i put on my shorts for camp and they were falling off. So i got new ones, actually paid and went back to the dressing room and changed, and they are 2 sizes smaller! No wonder the old shorts were fzlling off.
More than weight or size I am feeling good about keeping mh sugar intake low, and being generally healthy. I even ran the other day.
