Wow! Love those photos, Steve! Love how you captured the people sitting up there at the summit on the Mather's Point photo. The foreground/background contrast really makes you feel like you're there!

Thanks, catherine! I really wanted the people there to supply a sense of scale. It's so hard to keep that sense in the Canyon.
It's a little mind-boggling to think that people many years ago discovered the Canyon by paddling in on the Colorado river. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to paddle just around a bend and see ... that in front of you and above you -- for miles.

Thanks IL and Steve, it worked and even right side up. This is a memory of a previous property that DH and I lived in with artistic licence taken.
