Thanks frugal-one! That's for the recipes, which I don't have, so I can definitely use that. Do you have a little leaflet that just gives info about using it? I think I've figured things out, but didn't want to overlook anything.

Wow.......that's great frugal-one. Thanks so much! I should have registered at the fermenting club when I got The Easy Fermenter, (1-2 years ago), but I just put it aside and forgot about it. I think it's too late now.
