In another thread people recommended trying making more kinds of sushi. What are your favorite combinations?
So far I have just tried the usual kinds that you see everywhere except for using cooked fish in place of raw. Friends also made me some with some pickled daikon that I liked very much.

I'm boring when it comes to sushi - brown rice and avocado wrapped in nori. That's it. Every once in a while, I get a bit more creative and add a little shredded carrot. :o) Uninspired as my sushi is, I *love* it!

Seems like the favorites are favorites in a lot of places!
Glo, I think you could live on sushi since it has a balance of high nutrition ingredients. Bet a lot of people would be willing to undertake such an experiment.
Has anyone come across good sushi photo sites where people post sushi photos and/or recipes like people do for the amazing bento creations?
