I may have already talked about this, but I found a pair of french doors in our garage. dH admitted to lulling them in from the alley. I used to have a thing for French doors but not so much now. As it is, we already have two sets of them squirreled away, and we have an existing set installed in our Hermann house. I reeeeeeeeeeelly do not think we will need a 4th pair of French doors for any renovation.

But these red ones are so nice! I sort of understand Dh’s action.

old ones are so much better than new crap.

I love French doors. But them on buy nothing and someone will be happy to have them. When we remodeled this house we gave much of the old stuff away. Truck reserved for Tuesday!

Thanks! 30 years ago I was very much into things I owned. No clue why things have changed. One thing that has never changed is my bottom line is kids and pets. Plus other family and friends.

IL, you need to have a big garage sale, and dedicate the money to something really fun, like plant purchasing in Hermann. Or just make it a Hermann travel back and forth fund.

Two ugly company T shirts and 7 coat hangers. Also had four light fixtures replaced - 1 broken, 2 rusted, 1 ugly.

My husband wanted to have a garage sale and I said no. Way too much work. Last one I had was 3 years ago.

No to garage sales! Our stuff is laregly worthless. There is an archetectural remnant place down the steeet where
I could dispose of these french doors in a responsible way. I just want stuff to be used, dont want money.
