how to get someone good to work on my vintage watch?

I have a vintage Cartier watch, mechanical, not sure of the date on it, that I found at a thrift shop. It runs fine, but I want to get it professionally cleaned and polished. Any good ideas of how to proceed?

Are you a member of Next Door? I get great local recommendations from there.

Otherwise, I would go to the classiest jewelry store nearby and ask them for help.

Thanks! Not doing Nextdoor, so will ask the jewelry community. The guy who did work on my watches retired.
