I remember one personnel issue in particular at my workplace. I was sitting in the office of our HR head along with my boss. All of us were double minorities, meaning we had 2 of the characteristics of age/gender/race/ preligion on our side in that game. And the HR person mentioned possible legal issue with discrmination, and I thought to myself “well who ISNT a minority here in our workplace these days? So Everyone is a protected class? “
Just relax for a couple of years, UL, and then you join them in a protected class. Once you turn 40 you are there, providing diversity to your workplace. Then you will add value.
In this analysis, I use gubmnt defined employment law to define “diverse.” Otherwise, it just becomes an exercise in imprecise banter.
