    I also like banana and nuts for breakfast, I alter the nuts some (sometimes lightly salted almonds, occasionally peanuts or walnuts) but by far the most frequent choice is unsalted pecans. And tea with cream along with it.
    If you want something to get done, ask a busy person. If you want them to have a nervous breakdown that is.

    Low carb-high protein is the way to go to stay satisfied. I am the sort of person who can eat the same thing over and over if I like it.
    Rely heavily on boiled eggs, natural almonds, meats and green veggies.
