    You were thinking - correctly. That your external circumstances do not define your inner worth or your value to the organization.

    As for not being able to see how what you have to offer fits - I have this for you (paraphrasing Paul Wheaton) anybody a step ahead of you is inspiring. Anybody three steps ahead of you is crazy.

    Dang it, i at least hope i am steps ahead instead of just inarticulate. I was thinking about writing down a little about how actual practice in nature makes an impact because I assumed too much based on the previous conversations.

    I am going to go with being 3 steps ahead and having a larger vision, and being a little pissed off that she didnt honor her own job description.
