I don't get stressed about the sleep tracker, or worry too much about the number of steps being exact. However I find it helpful to track how stable I am, and relate that to medication. I am not a good judge right now if I sleep or eat or move enough. I started tracking my food in the MyFitness app I have used a long time. I can watch sugar and caffeine mostly, they tend to creep up and I don't notice.
