Last night after walking I had 2 hours to wind down before bedtime. Good thing because I had to sleep through both my husband and son snore.

Actually you shouldn't walk before going to bed, it's not really good for your health. You should relax, watch TV or read books instead. Just walk or go to the gym in the afternoon only.
