I used to be much more of a kitchen gadget junkie than I am now. The problem I find with most of the machines are that they take more time to clean than to use! I still "look", but seldom purchase any more.

I don't really have any besides the basics. Can opener, blender, hand mixer. I was gifted a food processor which never got used so I gave it away years ago. I am not a gadget girl. I did have a salad spinner a long time ago but never used it for salads. It got used for art projects with the boys. Put a paper plate in the bottom and drop some paint on it. Close up the spinner and go to town. Made some pretty cool designs.

I use 2 interlocking sieves as a salad spinner. first one was my moms, called a magic master. Mom’s was rusting out. Found an all but unused one on eBay, bought it. Figure it will be in the kitchen when I die... I get 3 tools from the thing as the two sieves are different sizes.
