5 dry Spice Blends plus Salt and Pepper

Garam masala, chili powder, italian herb blend, a sweet curry powder, and pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc). I could do a few cuisines with those I think.

By blends, I assume you mean ready-made mixes of more than one ingredient.

If I could add a 6th, it'd be a half/half mix of cumin and coriander. That isn't something that is commercially available as a "blend" so probably would not fall under your criteria.

Yes the ready made mixes are what I was looking for. Looks like you could go pretty far with those.
