    Greetings from Michigan

Hi, I'm Tea, and I live a very simple life on wooded property in rural lower Michigan. I found this forum about a week ago, and have enjoyed what I've read so far, so finally decided to join. I guess that's about it by way of introduction - see you all around the forums.

Welcome from Massachusetts! I enjoyed your post on the extremely frugal foods, and that is great to hear of roadkill not going to waste. We were regifted some venison once from someone who was squeamish and had no idea what to do with it. DH braised it in hard cider and oatmeal stout and it was wonderful.
